How do I request a service?

Are your staff background-verified?
Yes, all our field staff are background-verified and professionally trained before deployment.
Which cities or regions do you operate in?
We operate across India with an active presence in Bangalore and Karnataka. Our services are expanding pan-India.
Are your services suitable for hospitals and labs?
Absolutely. We specialize in healthcare logistics with trained phlebotomists and delivery executives who understand medical protocols.
Can I hire multiple staff or build a custom plan?
Yes. We offer flexible hiring models and can scale the workforce based on your operational requirements.
Are document delivery and housekeeping services live?
Document delivery is live. Housekeeping is part of our future expansion and currently marked as "Coming Soon".
Do you offer eCommerce last-mile delivery?
We’re currently developing this service. It will soon be available for brands needing fast and trustworthy doorstep delivery.

Who employs the staff deployed to my location?
Spanro Workforce remains the legal employer of all deployed personnel.
How fast is your turnaround time (TAT)?
We offer one of the fastest TATs in the industry—without compromising on accuracy or care.
Is my business or patient data safe with your team?
Yes. We enforce strict confidentiality policies for all client and patient-related data.
What kind of training do your employees receive?
Our staff undergo hygiene, compliance, and soft skills training tailored to healthcare and corporate environments.
What happens if a staff member is absent or on leave?
We arrange for a suitable replacement within a reasonable time.
Can I terminate the contract if needed?
Yes. Contracts can be terminated by either party with 30 days’ notice (unless terms are breached).
What if I’m not satisfied with a staff member?
We will arrange a replacement within 3 working days upon receiving your concern.
Do you charge GST?
Yes, GST @18% is applicable on all services.
What are your payment terms?
Payments must be made within 7 days of invoice. Delays may attract a 2% monthly penalty.
Do you offer customer support?
Yes, we have a dedicated support team to ensure smooth operations and address your concerns.
