1. Scope of Services

Spanro Workforce provides trained and verified manpower such as:

• Riders for blood/sample pickup
• Phlebotomists for blood sample collection
• General field force and logistics support

All services are delivered through our proprietary hiring, training, and deployment model.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate location, duty timing, and role requirements.
• Offer a safe working environment for deployed staff.
• Supply any equipment or app access required for task completion (unless otherwise agreed).

3. Manpower Management

• Spanro Workforce is the legal employer of all deployed staff.
• Replacement or substitution will be arranged within a reasonable time in case of absenteeism or leave.
• Spanro will not be liable for delays due to external factors (traffic, strikes, natural events, etc.).

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are to be made within 7 days of invoice submission unless agreed otherwise.
• GST @18% will be applicable.
• Delayed payments beyond due date may attract a 2% monthly penalty.

5. Replacement & Termination

• If the client is unsatisfied with any staff, a replacement will be provided within 3 working days.
• Contracts may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ notice, unless breach of terms.

6. Confidentiality

Spanro Workforce and its employees will not disclose any sensitive or confidential data shared during operations.

Client data, patient records, or documents will be treated with high-level discretion.

7. Liability

Spanro Workforce will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damages or medical liabilities caused due to client-side instructions or operational delays.

Any intentional misconduct by staff must be proven and will be handled swiftly.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and fall under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
